The Old Sign Fragment [52.1, 46.1] is found in the rubble of the broken bridge leading from the Firewalkers' Path to the Ordon Sanctuary bridging over the Red Stone Run.
The sign fragment begins the cooking quest chain starting with 
[35] Noodle Secrets Long Forgotten.
