Affects | [Life Tap] |
Mana Feed was a Warlock talent in the Demonology tree that caused the warlock to gain mana when the Warlock's demon critically hit, and caused Life Tap to also restore a percentage of the gained mana to the Warlock's pet.
Notes[]
Mana Feed was especially useful for grinding, where the paltry mana totals of a Voidwalker or Felguard might come up a bit short, or to recharge the waning mana of the Felguard or Imp during long battles.
Combined with effects like [Siphon Life], this could turn your pet into an almost inexhaustible mana battery.
Patch changes[]
- Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
- Patch 4.1.0 (2011-04-26): Now restores more mana (four times as much) when the warlock is using a Felguard or Felhunter.
- Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Mana gain from life tap reduced from 100% to 30/60%. Now also causes the warlock to gain mana when the demon causes a critical hit with its basic attack.
- Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): This talent is now a 1-point talent, down from 3-points. Now is the 21-point talent in Demonology. Now grants 100% mana return to your pet, up from 33/66/100%.
