- Mount
- Use: Teaches you how to summon this mount. This is a flying mount.
- Requires Level 27
- Requires Artisan Riding
Mimiron's Head is a very rare drop from Yogg-Saron in Ulduar. It will only drop if none of the Keepers is assisting during the encounter, giving it the same prerequisites as [Alone in the Darkness].
It can also be listed on the Black Market Auction House for the opening bid of 20,000, or be found in an [Unclaimed Black Market Container], also purchasable from the BMAH.
Mount Journal[]
A token of titan craftsmanship hoarded by the Old God, Yogg-Saron. Currently the single largest mechanical gnome head in Azeroth.
Notes[]
- Up to patch 3.2.0, its icon description read as "Teaches you how to summon this construction. Can only be summoned in Outland or Northrend. This is a very fast... head."
- Prior to patch 4.0.3a this mount was a guaranteed drop from Yogg-Saron.
- Technically, it is probably the slightly modified head of V-07-TR-0N, not Mimiron. It is a head belonging to Mimiron, not the head of Mimiron.
- Obtaining this mount awards the Feat of Strength [And I'll Form the Head!].
- Mimiron's Head appears as a legendary card in the Goblins vs Gnomes expansion of Hearthstone. When the right conditions are fulfilled on the board, the head destroys itself and other minions to form V-07-TR-0N. Its flavor text reads: "Do not push the big red button!"
Patch changes[]
- Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): This mount is no longer a guaranteed drop.
- Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Added.
