Strategy

Before the encounter starts, use a potion for the additional damage boost, as it is absolutely necessary to beat the enrage timer. Use another potion the instant it comes off cooldown during the encounter.

Mingus spawns with four statues and starts out the encounter immune to damage thanks to the Titan's Protection. Each statue spams a stacking DoT on the challenger as long as it is more than 10 yards away from a statue. By getting within 10 yards of the statue, it will stop casting, and after a few seconds the debuff will drop.

The fight boils down to killing a statue as quickly as possible, and running around to the other corners of the room to reset the stacks of the debuffs. Before doing anything else, get within 10 yards of one statue, pop all cooldowns and blow it up. Once it's dead, start running toward the second statue and nuke it until it's stacks fall off. If possible, start strafing toward the third statue while still attacking the second from range.

Once the second statue is dead, it's a trivial matter to swap between the third and fourth statues to reset their debuff stacks. As soon as the fourth statue is dead, turn to Mingus and blow him up. He has a trivial amount of health compared to the statues.

The four statues' and Mingus' combined health pool of 18.3 million translates to a DPS requirement of 153,000.
