Have you heard of the prickly puffer fish <name>? Of course you haven't, you're new around these parts!
They can be found in the sarjun depths[sic], due west of here. Take this fishing spear and see if you can bring me back of few of their poison tipped spines.

Fly west past the sandy shallows to reach the Sarjun Depths. Yotimo did not provide a waterbreathing buff, but it's hardly necessary. Swim down into the depths, target a puffer fish, get within a few yards of it, then use the spear. Repeat a few more times, then head back.
