Sorin Magehand is a high elf mage who took part in the purge of Dalaran. He is found magically choking a Sunreaver Agent in the Underbelly, whom he feeds to Segacedi the sewer shark upon aggro. He is promptly killed by the Horde's rescue team led by Grand Magister Rommath.
