WCII & III Unit/Building lore

I have listed all units from Warcraft II on My Sandbox (WCIII coming later), and noticed that we are missing articles on some. Many of these have some sort of incarnation in WoW and completing these would make the connection of WoW to previous Warcraft games seem stronger. Sky said it was repeat info from Warcraft II Units and Warcraft II Structures, but those pages are statistical and not lore/back story related. :Sorry I just had a chance to look at the history on Future race ideas[1] and noticed you were involved in an edit war with User:Garm. I must warn that this is not tolerated. However, I understand it was coming from the fact that he was breaking the policy for that page by adding sections without the consensus through the talk page first. He has been warned about that, and admins were forced to discuss improvements to the policy to spell it out more directly.

Exploration areas

We apparently have two policies, on one had we don't allow pictures of unreleased zones, usually these are the unfinished ones that are just flat planes or take actual exploiting to get to, via teleporting or wowmap viewer (I.E. stuff that have their own seperate maps such as Emerald Dream). On the other hand we allow some screenshots for certain areas with extreme noteability (and/or can normally be seen from the air) for example, Shatterspear Village, or Archimonde's bones, and the World Tree on Hyjal Summit. It seems by this policy we could probably allow screenshots of places on Ironforge Mountain, such as the airport, as it is not difficult to get to (does not require teleporting), and you can't actually exploit anything there, and they are generally well thought out and finished areas.Baggins 17:21, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

Ahh if you know of any screenshots of Ironforge mountain region, it might be nice. In anycase its still very easy to reach, requiring no exploitation, just a long jum with slowfall like abilities. I brought it up because of a discussion I was having with Kirkburn on the issue. As well as I remember you are usually the one that stops people from adding screenshots to areas like Gilneas (which is valid btw, as there is nothing there, and its actually very difficult to reach).Baggins 17:33, 27 October 2007 (UTC)

So now i can safely say that my screenshot in Frostmane is from that semilegal area near the airfield (flightpath decoration) ;) I don't have a nice screenshot of the actual airfield however, just saved one of a cute whitehaired gnome mage, and beautiful one of the waterfall above Elwynn Forest. --Hurax 13:43, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

Changes to Old Gods speculation

About your concerns regarding my changes to the Old Gods speculation page: I was careful not to eliminate any factual or theoretical additions of the users. The only sections I deleted was when something was said twice in the same area. Otherwise, I just organized the area by topic, and changed the grammar so that the section could be more easily parsed.  :)

(As it was, the subject matter jumped from sentence to sentence, and hardly anything made sense!)

I also tried my hand at citations, but I apparently need more practice at that! Dwoedin (talk · contr)

Illidari Wars

Sorry I took so long to reply. I found a red link on wowwiki which said Illidari Wars (I think it was somewhere in the TFT Campaign levels) and decided to edit it. I assumed at the time that Illidari Wars was the name given by wowwiki for the time period. Zakih (talk · contr)
