Working Better as a Team is a guild achievement earned by having a member of the guild achieve 600 skill in each of the primary and secondary professions listed. Earning this achievement will unlock heirloom legs from the guild vendor.
To count for the achievement, the guild member must have Honored or greater reputation with the guild.
