Patch changes

• Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 7 Fury talent (was a level 38 Fury ability). Duration increased to 12 seconds (was 10).
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now learned at level 38 (was 50).
  
• Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Renamed from Battle Cry to Recklessness. Now also grants increased rage generation. Now only usable by Fury.
  
• Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Now learned at level 50.
  
• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Added, replacing [Recklessness].
